California requires all warranty repair requests be submitted in writing during your warranty period.
For non-urgent items, please keep a running list and submit multiple issues together so our contractors can order materials in advance and complete all repairs efficiently in as few visits as possible.
The factory where your home was built and Factory Home Source share equal responsibility in resolving warranty items, and both have 90 days to respond to and act on your request.
If you experience any urgent safety issues, such as a water leak or the smell of gas, do NOT wait for warranty processing—turn off your water immediately to prevent further damage or call your gas company for an emergency inspection. Your safety always comes first.
